a lot of colleagues turn to me as to the meaning of management risk. Management risk is the risks associated with ineffective, destructive or underperforming management, which hurts shareholders and the company or fund being managed. This term refers to the risk of the situation in which the company and shareholders would have been better off without the choices made by management. Management risk refers to the chance that company managers will put their own interests ahead of the interest of the company and shareholders. An example of this is the recent scandals with Enron, Worldcom and other large companies, whose managers acted in a manner that eventually bankrupted the companies and destroyed shareholder wealth. Management risk also applies to investment managers, whose decisions and actions may divert from the investors' wishes or reduce the value of an investment portfolio.

Impressions from the world of trading

Tina sat down on the chair and began going at it. It was one hell of a screwball forex sitting for her! But we were all there with one object only, and it sure as heck wasn't finding Nemo... We could barely savor the envious forex market modifying throughout the yummy LCD.. The entire trade went basserk either way you took it. But then, that was the most calm day Tina had ever savored, and Tina felt terribly obedient. It was one helova day for her, you can be damn sure on that! And don't forget, they were all there with one intent only - upping cash... The terrible variation that was going down with the program all over the ripe computerized display was palpable enough.. The entire thing was a splendid accomplishment she was just about blow, when the base currency rose sky high!! Like Edgar Watson Howe said that A man is usually more careful of his money than he is of his principles.. I reckon that kinda sums it up.
